L'ensemble des plateformes O a été conçu par JSC Kamaz et produit par JSC Remdizel. Ce type de plateforme doit équiper les gros porteurs de l'armée russe d'ici la fin de l'année.
Une première commande de 5 engins, un de chaque type 8x8, 12x12 et 16x16 qui ont respectivement une capacité d'emport de 25 t, 50 t, et 85 t. La version 8x8 semi-remorque a elle une capacité de 165 t, et celle du tracteur avec b 8x8 ballast tractor with a towing capacity of 400 t
